Teens

Raising a teenager is one of the hardest times in parenting. You go from having a sweet son or daughter who you know and have some control over to living with a moody stranger. My daughter and I have always been close, but for some reason around age 16 things started to change. She became more independent and moody. I have slowly felt her pull away from me, and it breaks my heart to lose the connection we once shared. I can only hope that some day we can regain the relationship we once had.
